Tivity Health Adds Sara J. Finley and Beth M. Jacob to Board of Directors

NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Tivity Health, Inc. (NASDAQ:TVTY) today announced that it has added two new members to its Board of Directors. Sara J. Finley, Principal of Threshold Corporate Consulting, LLC, a consulting services firm that she founded in 2015, and Beth M. Jacob, Senior Vice President, Strategic Advisor and Leadership Coach for SPS Commerce, were elected at the Company’s annual meeting on May 24, 2018.

Finley formerly served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of CVS Caremark Corporation (now known as CVS Health), a leading pharmacy innovation company, and she held other senior legal executive roles with CVS Caremark and its predecessor companies for almost 20 years. She is a board member of Studio Bank based in Nashville, Tennessee, and Oak Paper Products Company, Inc. based in Los Angeles, California.  Finley is actively engaged in the non‑profit community and serves as President of the Vanderbilt Law School Board of Advisors and as a board member of Alive Hospice, The Land Trust For Tennessee and The Nashville Food Project.  Finley graduated from the University of Alabama in 1982 and received her law degree from Vanderbilt University in 1985.

Jacob is the Senior Vice President, Strategic Advisor and Leadership Coach, for SPS Commerce, the retail industry’s largest trading community with more than 65,000 customers in over 60 countries. Previously, Jacob was the Executive Vice President of Technology and Chief Information Officer for Target Corporation, as well as the head of Global Operations for Target India.  Jacob also has experience in financial services, as she held senior operations leadership roles during her 16 years with American Express Financial Advisors.  She has been a member of several non-profit boards and is currently serving on the board of Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity. Jacob received her Bachelor of Science degree and MBA from the University of Minnesota.
