Surprise Farms II Community Association – Located in Surprise, Arizona is this 1076-unit master-planned community. Heather Brookheimer will manage this association having experience with master-planned communities, condominiums, and luxury properties. Associa Arizona will provide full management services including financial and administrative services.

Sunrise Territory Village – Located in the foothills of Tucson, Arizona, the 176-unit single-family community will receive financial and administrative services led by Client Accounting Specialist Colin Rinne.
