DES MOINES, Iowa, Aug. 18, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — EMC Insurance Group Inc. (NASDAQ:EMCI) (the “Company”) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share of common stock payable September 6, 2016 to stockholders of record as of August 30, 2016. The Company has declared a quarterly dividend since it became a publicly held company in February 1982.
