Frank Spaan intended successor Eef Bos as CFO of TenCate

ALMELO, Netherlands, Sept. 5, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Eef Bos has decided to step down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TenCate as of 1 October 2016. “Since the company entered into a new phase of its development, this is for me a natural moment to leave TenCate.”

The Supervisory Board of TenCate thanks Eef Bos for his contribution and involvement with TenCate in the past years. The Supervisory Board has the intention to nominate Frank Spaan for appointment as his successor by the General Meeting of Shareholders as per 1 October 2016.

After this appointment the Executive Board of TenCate will consist of Jan Albers, CEO and Frank Spaan, CFO.
