Notice of the results of the stock redemption offer
Hereby JCS “Talsu mezrupnieciba” informs that 28th of March 2017 has received the notice of the recults of the stock redemption offer of the shareholder of JSC “Talsu mezrupnieciba”, the offerer of compulsory and final expression of a stock redemption ofer Gatis Staks.
Notice of the offer’s results is attached.
After the performance of the stock redemption offer 495 699 (four hundred ninety five thousand six hundred ninety nine) shares of JSC “Talsu mezrupnieciba” will be directly owned by Gatis Staks, that forms a 100 % (one hundred percent) of amount of voting shares of JSC “Talsu mezrupnieciba”.
